Managed Service
Fees for our full management service 10% plus VAT of the monthly rental, or by negotiation.
Plus £550.00 plus VAT to include rental and legal protection or £305.00 to exclude rent and legal protection.

- Erect ‘To Let’ Board
- Prepare Individual Colour Property Brochure
- Circulate Details to Company & Private Mailing List
- Arrangement for EPC
- Place on websites: Scargill Mann & Co and Rightmove
- Accompanied viewings of properties and feedback on all viewings carried out
- Secure tenant
- Reference guaranteed with a Rightmove Policy (insured rental income) protection for initial rental period, including tenant reference checks
- Advise landlord on proposed tenants
- Preparation of necessary documentation and serving of notices
- Completion of tenancy agreement
- Secure Deposit then register within a tenancy deposit scheme
- Notify all services of new occupancy
- Rent collection and monthly statements
- Preparation of initial inventory and condition report

Let Only Service
Fees for our let only service are 10% of the total rent for the term of the lease (subject to minimum fee of £550.00 plus VAT).

- Notify all services of new occupancy
- Manage the termination of the tenancy agreement at a cost of £150.00 plus VAT
- Other services are available subject to an added fee such as final inspection and condition report
Block Management
Scargill Mann & Co offer a tailored bespoke service for block management which includes the management of apartment blocks, with a standard fee of £175.00 per apartment, per block, plus VAT, per annum.
For site management of cul-de-sacs, for estate management of cul-de-sacs, there is a charge of £175.00 plus VAT per property, per annum.
