Scargill Mann & Co was founded by original partners Simon Scargill and Dean Mann in 1995 and quickly established itself as one of the most highly respected local estate agents in the Derbyshire and East Staffordshire area. Today our letting department is still managed by Dean Mann, with Alison Bates heading the residential sale department.
